National Reform

Our Agenda

12 sectors. 12 concrete plans. Every agenda has a team, an SOP, and measurable KPIs behind it. These are not promises — they are blueprints.

Why 12 Agendas?

Pakistan's crisis is not one problem. It is twelve — all connected.

You cannot fix education if graduates have no jobs. You cannot grow jobs if businesses face crushing taxation from day one. You cannot build businesses if the justice system protects the powerful. You cannot fix justice if governance is built on loyalty, not performance.

TTP's 12 agendas address every node in this chain — simultaneously and systematically. That is what separates a movement from a manifesto.

12 Reform Agendas

Systems behind every commitment.

Agenda 01

Economic Empowerment

Pakistan's poverty is an ownership problem, not a resources problem. Most Pakistanis earn wages but own nothing that grows in value. TTP builds the systems that convert earners into asset owners.

  • Fractional real estate ownership — entry with PKR 50,000
  • Citizen-level investment platforms for salaried workers
  • National investment clubs at community level
  • Tax relief for small and growing businesses (3–5 years)
  • Export-driven industry promotion and support
Har citizen ko asset owner banana
Agenda 02

Education Reform

Pakistan's schools produce graduates who cannot earn. TTP's education model integrates deeni taleem, modern skills, and financial literacy into one curriculum — with students earning before they graduate.

  • Technical skills + financial literacy in every curriculum
  • Yaqoob Institute model replicated nationwide
  • Madrasa modernization: IT, business, and trades alongside deeni taleem
  • Learn & Earn programs — students earn before they graduate
  • Education aligned with market demand, not rote memorization
Taleem = earning capability
Agenda 03

Youth Development

Pakistan's median age is 22. This youth bulge is either an asset or a liability — entirely depending on whether we skill them or leave them idle. TTP turns Pakistan's youth into its greatest economic engine.

  • National skill certification system — standardized and industry-recognized
  • Mandatory internship and apprenticeship ecosystem
  • Youth entrepreneurship funding programs with mentorship
  • Career pathways beyond government jobs
  • National youth investment program for early asset building
Youth = job creators, not job seekers
Agenda 04

Governance & Accountability

Pakistan has never had a government that runs on performance. Every appointment is political. Every failure is unpunished. TTP introduces governance as a performance contract with the people.

  • KPI-based evaluation for every minister and official
  • Real-time digital dashboard of all government spending
  • Merit-only appointments — connections are disqualifiers
  • Asset declaration mandatory and publicly visible
  • Zero tolerance for corruption — immediate removal, no exceptions
Performance matters — not influence
Agenda 05

Real Estate & Housing

Property in Pakistan is a closed club. A handful of investors own everything while ordinary families rent forever. TTP breaks this monopoly through structural reforms that open real estate to every Pakistani.

  • Fractional ownership models — co-own property with small capital
  • Affordable housing projects targeted at middle-class families
  • Digital land registry — eliminate fraud and opacity
  • Remove middlemen exploitation from property transactions
Har Pakistani ko asset ownership ka chance
Agenda 06

Agriculture & Rural Dev

Pakistan's farmers produce the nation's food and capture almost none of its value. Middlemen extract margins at every step. TTP eliminates the chain of exploitation between field and market.

  • Direct digital market access for farmers — cut the middlemen
  • Modern farming technique training (drip irrigation, soil science)
  • Agro-business development zones near farm clusters
  • Cold chain and storage infrastructure to reduce post-harvest waste
Kisan ko strong banana — middleman system khatam
Agenda 07

SME & Business Growth

Small businesses are Pakistan's real economy — but they are crushed by bureaucracy, taxation, and lack of capital. TTP removes every friction point between ambition and enterprise.

  • Single-window business registration in 24 hours
  • Zero-interest startup zones in targeted sectors
  • Startup incubation programs with mentorship and networks
  • Tax holiday for new businesses in first 3–5 years
Pakistan ko business nation banana
Agenda 08

Health & Social Dev

A sick population is an unproductive population. Pakistan's healthcare crisis is one of access and awareness — most citizens cannot afford treatment and do not know how to prevent disease. TTP changes both.

  • Mobile health units bringing diagnostics to underserved areas
  • Preventive healthcare campaigns at mohalla level
  • Digital health records and tele-medicine infrastructure
  • Community health programs run by trained TTP volunteers
Healthy nation = productive nation
Agenda 09

Law, Order & Justice

Justice in Pakistan is delayed by years and denied to those without connections. The legal system protects power — not people. TTP reforms the structure of justice from the ground up.

  • Fast-track courts with time-bound resolution for common cases
  • Police reform: officers evaluated on community trust metrics
  • Equal application of rule of law — powerful face same consequences
  • Legal aid systems to ensure access to justice at all income levels
Justice system ko efficient aur fair banana
Agenda 10

Digital Pakistan

Pakistan has 130+ million internet users and one of the world's largest freelancer workforces — yet governance is still paper-based. TTP makes digital the default, not the exception.

  • All government services online — land, tax, business, licensing
  • Digital governance infrastructure for real-time KPI monitoring
  • Tech education expansion to tertiary and vocational levels
  • Formal support structures and legal recognition for freelancers
Pakistan ko digital economy leader banana
Agenda 11

Mindset Transformation

This is TTP's deepest agenda. All systems fail if the people using them have a poverty mindset. The cultural shift from consumption to wealth creation is the foundation that makes everything else permanent.

  • Financial literacy programs in every city, town, and village
  • Wealth mindset campaigns through content, events, and community
  • Public education on saving, investing, and the power of compounding
  • Shift cultural narrative from "find a job" to "build an asset"
Mindset change = national transformation

"Hum sirf promises nahi karte — hum systems build karte hain."

Every agenda above has a team, a documented SOP, measurable KPIs, and weekly tracking. This is governance as a performance contract with the Pakistani people.
