Who Runs This

Our Team

7 levels of leadership. Every level has a role, a team, and measurable KPIs. A movement without structure is a mob. TTP is structured to scale.

The Command Principle

If this chain is strong — exponential growth. If it breaks — system collapse.

Every great movement that failed — failed not because of a bad mission, but because of a weak structure. TTP is built on a 7-level command hierarchy modeled on military precision and startup agility.

Every person at every level knows their role, their targets, and who they report to. No free roles. No inactive members. No exceptions.

Level 5: The Growth Engine

City teams are where TTP's movement becomes real.

Every national vision is built or broken at city level. The City Team is TTP's most critical operating unit — responsible for ground activation, community building, event execution, and member growth in their territory.

Each city team reports weekly to their Provincial Head. Every member carries specific KPIs. No role exists without a measurable output.

President

Overall city strategy, team accountability, provincial reporting

Secretary

Execution control, daily coordination, member communications

Media

Local content, events coverage, social media growth

Membership

Member acquisition, onboarding, WhatsApp group management

Events

Camp organization, public activations, health camp logistics

Level 7: The Foundation

Every volunteer is a future leader in training.

TTP's volunteer force is not a support function — it is the talent pipeline. Today's volunteer is tomorrow's Area Leader. Today's Area Leader is tomorrow's City President.

TTP's Competitive Advantage

Two wings that make TTP unique in Pakistan's political landscape.

No other movement has an integrated economic wing and education wing running in parallel. TTP delivers income and skills before asking for political trust.

💼 Economic Wing

Backed by the AssetBuild ecosystem — Pakistan's wealth coaching and investment movement. This wing creates actual economic activity inside TTP.

  • AssetBuild wealth coaching team
  • Business network and investor circle
  • Real estate participation models
  • Financial literacy programs

🎓 Education Wing

Powered by the Yaqoob Institute of Holistic Education — combining deeni taleem, modern academics, and practical skills. This wing ensures TTP produces educated, skilled citizens.

  • YIHE School curriculum development
  • Skill Labs program management
  • Learn & Earn system operations
  • National certification framework
Non-Negotiable Rules

Every level. Every member. Accountable.

These rules apply from Chairman to volunteer. No exceptions. No special cases. No inactive roles.

Membership KPIs

  • Members acquired per month
  • Member retention rate
  • WhatsApp group engagement
  • Referral rate per member

Program KPIs

  • Students enrolled in YIHE
  • Graduates earning from Skill Labs
  • Marketplace transactions monthly
  • Health camp patients treated

Leadership KPIs

  • Events organized per quarter
  • Volunteers recruited and active
  • Media impressions per month
  • Revenue generated by team

The rule is simple: every member either brings leads, brings members, or generates revenue. Free roles that do not contribute are removed. Performance earns promotion. Inaction earns replacement.
